Celia Anne Winer passed away Oct. 25 at Palo Verde Hospital.
She was 8 years old and a student at Quartzsite Elementary School.
She was born March 28, 1986 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Memorial Services will be held Oct. 28 at 4 p.m. at Quartzsite
First Baptist Church.
Celia is survived by her parents, Patti and Joanne Winer, her
maternal grandparents, James and Rena House, and her paternal
grandparents, Jack and Celia Winer.
She is also survived by her uncles, Bill House and Dan Wirier.
